I would
use the same words in my blog as I did in my SEO. I would try to get as much interaction with
people who relate to these categories as I could. The more interaction with folks the more the
blog will spread and gain attention. I have
different categories for different lifestyles so I would have a rather large
diversity of people who all have a common goal, and that goal is to become
healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle. This
would be good news for my business.

Hello Matt, being new at blogging I certainly don't know all the ins and outs but I believe what you're saying regarding more interaction...spread and gain more attention, will help grow your organic traffic for your website as well.. Especially should more people link back to your site as you gain more visibility. That's my take with your comments. If I'm wrong about that let me.
